REETHA POWDER
Reetha also known as Soap Nut is a popular herb used in Ayurveda. It serves a variety of purposes and is famous for skin and hair. It is an excellent cleanser for hair, protection from dandruff and itchy skin, hair-fall and many other hair problems and also used to improve skin complexion.
USES
- HAIR CARE -> Make a paste of reetha powder with warm water and apply all over scalp and hair. Massage well to create leather and rinse with water.
- REETHA AND LEMON POWDER -> It is applied with lemon juice to protect the scalp from fungus and Bacteria.
- AMLA, SHIKAKAI AND REETHA POWDER –> take all three powders in equal parts and soak it in water for at least 120 minutes. Boil the mixture till it gets soft. Let it cool, mix well and strain the liquid. Store in a bottle and use twice weekly ( It does not produce much lather). After slight lather appear, it means hair is clean and can be rinsed.
