Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known to mankind. It is obtained from the bark of the cinnamon tree. It has a strong flavor because of aromatic essential oil and can transform the taste of many dishes. It is a healthy source of vitamins and minerals and at one time it was considered so valuable that it was actually used as a currency.
HOW TO USE
- TEA -> Add cinnamon powder to tea while it’s boiling to get a rich aroma.
- CINNAMON WATER -> Best way to consume cinnamon is to drink water infused with spice. Add cinnamon to a pot of heating water, after cooling add honey or orange as per the taste.
- ADD CINNAMON TO OATMEAL -> Make oatmeal super healthy with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder. Avoid sugar.
